I worked on this during the beginning of this year and originally did a base 3D model of it but I took a 3D Surfacing/Texture class taught by Greg Hettinger on mold3Dacademy (great class and instructor!) and learned how to do textures and shaders using xgen in Maya and Substance Painter and render in Arnold Renderer. I am not 100% happy with the final results but I hope to continue learning how to use xgen and getting hair to look a lot better! :) I also want to practice using Arnold Renderer a bit more and getting lighting down!
